我记得板主写过一篇在美国为什么容易过敏的文章，好像与环境干净有关。

我在美国所认识的朋友中，几乎家家都有食物过敏的孩子。而在中国很少有。他们的食物过敏是天生的，这与孩子的基因有关吗？

可以肯定是父母给他们的，这与父母在美国吃的食物有关吗？食物改变遗传基因？

老方要是能写篇这方面的科普就好了。还是他已经写过了我没看见。
