Food allergies have many different symptoms, and these symptoms are diagnosed by medical professionals as result of food allergies. The kids in China may have these symptoms also, but no one tell their parents those are results of food allergy. How can you tell if there are more in the US? If just by the number of cases reported, how do you know if the same problems have not been under reported in China?
