不知到NPR报的数字有多准确，光空调费就超过NASA的年预算。干嘛不给70，000士兵每人配一个佣人，发一把蒲扇？有这么多钱，用毛主席的军事思想招几百万人的雇佣军，每人扛把锄头就能把塔利班消灭掉。
