at the quantum level. Even technically, the nucleus is pretty big, and its position and momentum can be measure rather accurately. Hence uncertainty principle does not implied that pre-determinism does not exist. Uncertainty principle says you cannot determine the momentum and position both accurately at the same time, but you can certainly determine either one of them accurately. Chaotic theory, however post challenge to pre-determinism, and Godel's incompleteness theorem tells we cannot know everything.
