Guess u work in IT. In America, startups are always threatened by the the mighty fews, using tricks like so called patent trolls. Once u got a promising invention going, u better agree to sell u baby to the big names, otherwise all kinds of threats, IP lawsuits the main weapons.

What about inchina and shanghai, suppose u got a good small and private business going, what is the future, u will be left alone? Or governments or big three are offering you deals?
