if you put safety 1st, mileage 2nd, then try large sedans (5 people max) or minivans (6).
if you trust your driving, buy minimum insurance as required by the state law.
some require extra fee for toll road coverage.
becareful, many chinese got stopped by police, not because their bad drving skills, instead it's their aggressiveness. drving america is really easy, jsut follow rules and customs.
