The differences in different races are so obvious, there is no way to hide it, why then try to be blind about it?

1. Because there is no differences in intelligence.
2. Because prejudgment is wrong.

So it is deadly wrong to discriminate anyone based on racial or ethnic background, in other words, everyone is equal.

Why then discriminate people to create so called diversity?

Why it is reasonable to deny a boy or girl's entry to a university, albeit better score than the rest, simply because he or she is Asian or White?

When a black doctor treat you in the hospital how would you know the doctor is qualified because he is good or because he is black?

Why do you have to see doctors of different ethnic background? Why diversity does / does not matter here?

Equal opportunity should start at birth, government should be responsible for all kids' education, free access for all with no financial concerns, and be totally blink to color. Once start like this, all entrance should be judged by performance, not color!
