If I understand you correctly, you are asking for something in Chinese philosophy that has both. But you can't find that even in western tradition. Hegel's system is magnificent, but he is criticized by the existentilists (Kierkeggard, Nietzsche) precisely because he pretended to be doing science (something rigorous). The existentilists are appealing (for a short time) precisely because they didn't try to be systematic, but tried to address life's immediate concern, something the Chinese philosophy has been doing all the time.
